I was at a gas station today and noticed that they sell X-rated magazines behind the counter. (I thought I was in the 80s for a minute!)

I can easily imagine customers that would take offense to that and choose to patronize a different store. Would you condemn them for that choice? I doubt it. Why is this different?

It only bothers me if the store lays it out to where I have to walk through it to get anywhere. So the Tom Thumb at Preston at Beltline is dry. Awesome I drive by it all the time. I only thought of this because my friend was complaining about not being able to buy it at Sams and I got ridiculously excited. Let's just say she didn't understand like most of the posters on here don't. lol

It's a reflection of the conservative nature of the area. TPTB want Texas to be a totalitarian theocratic dystopia, so the rules reflect the desires of the people of the Dallas area. That's why most of the good restaurants are only in certain parts of town while the majority of the metro area is chain city, USA.
