Tammy was a black long-haired kitty. She had huge eyes and loved to play hide-and-seek with me. An expert at hiding she led me on a merry chase in the house. I adopted her when she was 4. Her "mama" had cancer and could not take care of Tammy any longer.
Tammy was a joyful cat. She had me laughing all the time. I miss her so much but I know she will always be with me.
My little cat, Tammy, died yesterday and I'm a wreck. I miss her so much. She was such a joyous presence in this house.
I'm sorry to hear - they really are our "kids" aren't they... Have you looked into Rainbow Bridge? It really helped me (but I haven't been able to get more pets since... I can't deal w/knowing they won't be around that long).

Not selfish at all. I would think the same thing and so do many others. Lets just hope they fix it soon.
