Never heard of this EVER because if postage was due they wouldn't of delivered it!!!
If this is the case give the coffee back to your mail carrier and tell him to enjoy it.
Are you sure it was coffee one kahala siskel because there is no coffee named that?
If you don't pay for a postage due, it goes back to the sender after 2 weeks. It doesn't sit with the carrier.

I think I got the same Garnier beauty doodads as you. A small tube of moisturizer in one package. Lots of blister packs of samples with coupons in the second package.
the bags probably got too exspensive to send out anymore and yeah I miss the bottle samples too especially the ones with the perfume hooked to the cardboard pieces . got some store coupons yesterday .
Scored good today: Roll of Tums from Costco, Suave Natural Infusion Shampoo & Conditioner w/coupon, Bigelow Tea Bag w/coupon. Seems a few days go by and then the freebies start flowing again. Such fun and an opportunity to try new stuff!

- I also miss actual samples in tubes/bottles, those little things on the peel-offs don't do much.
