Hi,everyone:

We are still checking out areas in De where we might be able to relocate. Even though we are in our 50's we will still need to work.As I mentioned in earlier posts, my husband works as a full charge bookkeeper and I work in an insurance agency ( property and casualty) doing customer service work. I do have a P & C and Life license but would need to change to De since it is a NJ license.

We love the beach and of course like Rehoboth and Lewes but know it would be too expensive.

We would be looking for a home for around 300,000-325000 preferable on 1/2 acre or more with a basement or a large bonus room or attic for my husband's train collection. We probably do not want to be in a 55 community because of lot sizes. My husband loves to do outside landscaping & gardening

Would we be smarter to look around the Milford/Dover area. Would there be jobs in the Dover area or should we be looking for towns where we could commute to Salisbury? Would they be near the beach?

If so what towns would be good for commuting there and is Salisbury a safe place to work?

Thanks for all the help.

ChrisAnn
