The Lewes Historical Society is a real gem. The setting is beautiful with large spreading trees and curving pathways around the buildings. I want to go back, tour the site and learn more about the history of Lewes.

The craft show was great, despite the rain this afternoon, and one that I really look forward to because of the setting. And I was happy to meet the very lovely rdlr----the first poster from CD that I've met.

Just remembered not just a Craft Fair, but this weekend starting Friday is the SeaWitch Festival. Tons of Crafters on the street and don't forget the ones in the Convention Center.

I attended that Festival years ago, and loved it. The boardwalk parade was fantastic! Don't know if I'm up to finding a parking space. I'm sure it will be mobbed!

If you are up for a walk, park for free at the park n ride and pay $2 each way. The bus drops you at the Henlopean Hotel. I would tell you to meet me, but we were invited to a neighbors tailgate party.

DON'T FORGET!! This Sunday, Nov 20th, is the Craft & Vendor Fair at Nobles Pond. There will be signs out along Rte 13 and McKee Rd, and if you have a GPS use this address: 13 Nobles Pond Crossing, Dover DE. You can also look for the giant semi-trailer with "Nobles Pond" on the side at Rose Bowl Rd. and Rte 13. Hours are 1-3:30 pm in the Ballroom at The Point (activity center). As you come in the entrance you will see it straight ahead of you. Lots of free parking. Refreshments are available.

This is our largest group yet and we have both local crafter's and national vendors as well. Large variety of items for anyone on your gift list, including yourself! Make sure to pick up a paper with a list of tables and vendors as you.
