Nefret.....I checked their website, and it says that historic buildings will be open on the "main campus". Is that a walkable area??? I mean, are the Lewes Historical Society's historical buildings near where the crafts are set up?

It's on the main campus. I've never had a chance to walk around much as I've most always been alone at my booth. I think I recall a building near me being open.

The booths are set up around the grounds of the Historical Society. It's a very pretty setting. Shaded, brick walkways, large trees.

Fewer vendors this year as they postponed it last minute due to the hurricane.

Regarding this weekend's show at the Lewes Historical Society:

9-4 Saturday and Sunday.

$5 admission includes admission to all LHS properties on Saturday. Buildings closed Sunday

Sussex Tavern open Saturday serving colonial cocktails, beer and wine

Well-behaved dogs allowed

Food truck available for lunch

It's supposed to rain on Sunday but Saturday should be nice.

The Lewes Historical Society's Craft Show was a real treat! The setting, historical homes, and booths were absolutely beautiful! Extra treats were, touring the historic homes (including Sussex Tavern) and meeting Nefret. There was so much to do and see there, that I completely forgot to take photos. Parking was along the canal. The show continues today (10/23/22).
