I've been researching different areas for rent in Delaware. Where are some good places to rent? I've checked out Trolley Square, Ashton Condos, Pike Creek and Water's Edge. I'm wondering: which areas are safe and how much do people like living there? if anyone could provide any information, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

I can't speak for Ashton Condos or Water's Edge, but Trolley Square and Pike Creek are both very desirable areas in which to live.

Pike creek is frequently rated as one of the top communities in America, and Trolley Square is the chic neighborhood for people in their 20s to 40s who want a nice, safe neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, and little shoppes. Trolley is a very walkable area. Pike creek is not walkable whatsoever.

I live in Pike Creek and I love it. The area is very safe and the schools are great. The only downside would be the rent...it's high.
