I am looking for a place to live in Denver not too far from the new Children's hospital. Which neighborhood would you recommend? I want to live in a safe and clean area of course. What are some of the best living areas Denver has to offer?

What is your monthly housing budget?
What is your primary breadwinner's commute time comfort level?
What are your demographic preferences?
What do envision your home to be like (ranch? condo? etc.)
Are neighborhoods with low quality government schools acceptable?
Do you have any cultural limitations?
What information have you received from researching these forums?

When you say "the new Children's Hospital", do you mean the future location at Fitzsimmons Campus in Aurora? Or are you talking about the original location just east of Downtown? Children's actually has several other branch locations in addition to those, but I assume you're talking about one of the two.
