In or around Denver, if any, is there still a "fall back job" in this economy??

If you moved here and needed a source of income fast, (anything)..

Nope. If you don't have a support system here or enough savings to get you by for at least 3-6 months, do not move here. Stay where you're at or move where you have a support system so you won't be homeless. No such thing as a "fall back" job-- you're either qualified or you're unqualified. If employers get a sense that you're overqualified for a job, then you're unqualified.

A better question would be what kind of job do you actually want to do? What past job experience do you have?

Downtown Denver is known for it's rather large homeless population. Part of it is because our weather is nice most of the year. Part of it is because Denverites treat their homeless a little better than other places.

But a big part of it is that there are no fallback jobs. That's not to say you couldn't get lucky, because you could...

...but you could say the same thing about winning the lottery.

Go with vegaspilgrim's advice. He nailed it on the head. Get something secure, or wait till you can.
