Hi Friends,

Colorado Real Estate---the Most Active ?

I was reading an article that says "Denver and Boulder Real Estate are both listed in the top Most Active" real estate markets in the country.

That means that plenty of people are moving into and out of Colorado...

The Question is: Why ?

Anyone Know???

.

Is that a serious question? Or are you leading to some sort of "Well I think Denver is overhyped and [blah blah blah insert some hater nonsense here]"? Sorry for sounding jaded, but with the added attention Denver is receiving we've been getting a lot more posts from people who just don't "get" why Denver is so popular...

Start here: Is the Denver housing market experiencing a bubble?

Come back with questions.

Denver is busy because it's the only big city for 500 miles in any direction; it has a climate many people like; it has great scenery; it has all 5 pro sports; it has good transit; it has year-round recreational opportunities both locally and in the mountains; it has a fine airport; it has cheaper housing than most coastal areas; and for some people Denver provides them access to legal MJ.

We're not going to rehash the same old issues of marijuana legalization, so this thread is closed.
