Hi,

I am looking for places that will be close to my employer, safe day and night..family friendly communities with great accessibility..I am married with children but they will not be with me initially..

One Lincoln Station, 9380 Station Street, Lone Tree, CO 80124
location between the intersections of I-25 and Lincoln Avenue and I-25 and C470 on the west side of I-25..

The Lone Tree light rail station is nearby. Very upscale suburban.

Well, Lone Tree is a good start as it's a really nice neighborhood. Highlands Ranch is right there as well; very family oriented. Just north is Centennial which is also a nice place. I'd focus there if you want to be close to work.

How is greenwood village and cheery hills compared to Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch?

Are there areas that should absolutely be avoided in Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch? One better than the other?

They are in different school districts. Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch are in the Douglas County School District which has been having some problems. Do a search on this forum for details.

What is your budget? Are you looking to rent or buy? House or apartment?

Well, to me, Greenwood Village and Cherry Creek are like the Bel-Air and Beverly Hilly of Denver. They're lovely if you can afford it. If you can, more power too you, they are beautiful upper class areas.
