We're selling our house in Wheat Ridge/Edge Water and wanted to look at a house with a little more Sq Ft. and better layout for our growing family. We found a lot of houses we liked in that area and plan on putting in an offer. We took a weekend trip there and it seemed fine but thought I'd check here.

Is there any glaring concerns with this area?

Edit***

Just realized I posted in the Denver sub-thread which this post may not belong, apologies.

I live north and am familiar with that area. I think it is nice. However it is not in range of my Nextdoor community which is where one would hear all the dirt, if there was any. In terms of general issues for Broomfield it seems like car theft and car break ins can be an issue if you park your car outside your garage.
