Hello, we recently visited Niwot and Longmont, but wanted to know more about whether Internet services are strong there. Our cellular service with AT&T worked poorly there compared to areas closer to Denver and at times we couldn’t use our GPS. We are 2 remote workers who are relocating to the area and wanted to make sure that we were not going to struggle with Internet connectivity. Thank you so much.

While as many as 10 Internet providers claim to service the Niwot zip code, not all (or any) might service a specific street address for home Internet service.

see the list here:https://broadbandnow.com/Colorado/Longmont?zip=80503

For especially remote areas, the "Fixed Wireless", aka WiMax, providers can be a last resort.

For cellphone service, best to hear from local residents what works for them.

First thing to ask the realtor is if there is wired high speed internet to the house. You don't want wireless if you need to rely on it. Then you need to ask the immediate neighbors which cell phone service provides good coverage. It usually isn't AT&T. Some houses don't have good wireless coverage from any provider. It can change block by block so asking for a whole neighborhood or town won't provide any useful information.
