We have SOLD our house and we are finally able to move to Colorado! We want to rent for the first year, in Bradburn, but we aren't finding anything that is available. Is there a trick to finding rentals in the area? Any particular property management group that the majority uses? Any particiular website or realtor with a list of any rentals?? Just in case there are any Bradburn residents reading this...please put the word out that we are needing a 3 - 4 bdrm house by June!

I am not sure if there are alot of people that are renting in Bradburn. I do know there is an apartment complex in the sub-division.

All we need is "One" house - that's it. I know from all the neighborhoods we have lived in over the years, someone - gets a job transfer, gets laid off, has a situation where they have to move (short term), etc and they don't (or can't) sell their house for whatever reason(s). An apt. will not work for us, as we have 3 very active young boys and my hubby works from home.

I will probably be driving by that are on my way home from work. I will drive through and see what I can find. Maybe Bradburn1 will chime in.

debsev, send me a private message with your contact info and I'll post on the Bradburn Yahoo group and see if anyone is going to have a house available. I know my neighbors are looking at renting their house, but their house is a little small.
