I am looking for information about the Skyland Neighborhood. I know nothing about this area, but have been intrigued by viewing property there. I live in south Denver and am looking to change my location (family of three) Any insight is helpful. Thank you!

It is my understanding that the neighborhood is located south of MLK Blvd., north of 23rd, west of Colorado Blvd. and east of York St. This is in zip code 80205 just east of Whittier.

Default Skyland

What would you like to know about it? We have a rental there, about 7 years. Its sketchy in parts but definitly transitioning. It might be awhile before it changes if so. I am noticing that there are alot more younger couples and singles moving in near my house.
