That is technically a part of Bloomfield, but right at the border with Pontiac. I would say fair to middling at best. Not as bad as most of Pontiac, but not as good as most of Bloomfield. Woodward Ave. and Square Lake Rd. intersection is very busy and traffic gets gridlocked there with regularity.

+1 to the moose preserve! ...but I'd rather drive from my safe, quiet, best schools in Michigan community of Novi then live near it, especially anywhere north of it.
