Learn to eat real food & to make meals based on proteins, fats and carbs. Start using coconut oil & eliminate processed foods like wheat & all grains strictly. Once a week (or more) eat something high in fat like good quality Hagen Daaz to calm your brain down. You probably have multiple nutritional deficiencies that will begin to resolve as you eat better. Eat 70+ grams of high quality animal protein per day from sources that you like- dairy is especially good.
