15-20. I'm in the normal BMI range and I would still be in the normal range.

Lost another 2 pounds so now I have 6 to lose. The last ones are the hardest. 6 doesn't sound like a lot but there is actually a big difference in my shape and how clothes fit and how I feel at my goal weight.

I don't like when extra weight shows in my face. But can't lose too much either at our age as it does show in our faces. Have to find a happy medium. For me the lowest I can go is 130 - I'm at 136. I feel good at that weight. Any less and it starts to show in my face with more wrinkles. And I do workout a lot which feels great.

I've lost 4, and am looking to gradually lose another 16. This in itself is a challenge, but I know that bigger challenge may be maintaining that weight in the long-run. Or maybe by then, I would have gotten so much more used to my healthier lifestyle that it will be easy. I suppose I'll look forward to having to deal with that problem when the time comes.

TBD. I am on a never-ending plateau. But actually, I have target measurements and body fat percentage. The scale is useless.

Total would be about 67, have lost 23 so far. Sort of at a stand still at the moment. The weight loss is not happening but I can see things happening. Belt is looser, arms and legs more defined and shirts are fitting better. Losing the around the core area is so tough.
