I eat so little, really.
I certainly am not eating high fat.
And with not as many vegetables as I am used to...my interstines
are working just fine, go figure.
I have no cravings for chips, bread, pasta, not even pizza, suger was never my thing.
I think this is the way I'm going be eating for a long time with no big effort.

Just a little update.

I'm not arguing with anyone. If you feel like your 'winning' something, good for you.

Do you understand each component and its function in relation to nutrition?

Can't let the facts get in the way of someone's knowledge.

Do hunger pangs (or ABSENCE of them) = 'reputable sources'?

So basically you are eating less calories. Its great that you are not hungry, thats the key isn't it? I hope you can maintain this way of eating, most people cannot.

Actually I would say no. Hunger pangs can easily be confused with cravings. Craving sugar for example just means you've been eating too much of it and need to stop. I'm kind of alarmed by many posters' comments on a high-carb diet not being unhealthy. High carb intake is extremely unhealthy and has helped lead to a serious obesity epidemic among many other problems. Look at the latest issue of National Geographic's article on sugar just to get a perspective and go from there. Satisfying cravings has not led to health for the majority of Americans.

I don't care how you eat.

If your eating plan helps you reach your goals, great. If it doesn't, change.

But don't butt into a thread wanting to argue with people who reach their goals on their plan and ask for references.

All the arguing in the world won't make that belly fat go away.

Eggs Akley!!!!

The old, tired, 'calories in, calories out' argument.

I was able to explain it to a friend in two words; insulin cycling.
