Eating only one time. Is it good or bad can not say. But few months on my work schedule I eat only one meal & for the whole day I used to eat fruits & Snacks, what It did ? I lost lots of weight, which made me look good. So if you are on any diet plan then eating one time is good to achieve your goals.
But make sure, by eating only one time not making you look weak.

I think that it's unhealthy and even dangerous, but it also depends on the life style. If someone is laying at home all day long doing nothing it can be enough, why not?

I personally do not think this is good or healthy for most people. I think one should eat at least two meals -breakfast and dinner. It is relatively easy to skip lunch, I do it a lot.

I eat one meal a day and it works very well for me. Everybody is different. Until you try it, you won't know if it works for you or not.

I've done it a few times, it depends on the day if it works or not but long term, I wouldn't suggest it.

I personally find eating 5 smaller meals a day keeps my blood sugar level and energy up.

Eating once per day....?? I do not find this is the healthy way to stay fit. But sometimes it works for some people. Even my stomach will not shut up, if i eat only once per day.
I do believe that eating fruits more & less meal. And breakfast is most important which I never skip. When I had pretty busy schedule for couple of moths at that time I ate 2 times meal only. It reduced my weight but was not the healthy one, so I always prefer eating proper meal on time. This helps your body to stay fit.

I never thought it was good idea but due to laziness & need to go home early from work, I realize it is far easier for me to skip lunch (don't have to pack lunch, don't need to take that time to eat...etc). Last 2 weeks I have been keeping fruits at my desk to eat during work time & have managed to not have a lunch meal.

So far so good.
