OK, so I have been (For a week) avoiding all that great tasting junk.
Then went back and at 7 pm was done (BURP!) (4 pcs chicken thighs, LARGE bag of chips and dip and Steel reserve beer)
midnight comes and MASSIVE leg pain (Left not right) ...Could it be the chemicals from the foods or was this just happenstance? I didn't exercise (I find that other than simple walking with cortisone shot is not good) and so I'm wondering about this....
