I was lifting weights for several years. It's supposed to speed up the metabolism, but there are different schools of thought about losing fat while building muscle so I thought I'd try taking a short break to see if it works.
Coke? Buy a lot of seltzer or whatever it's called...with the lemon or lime ...with
an inch of your favorite juice ( me, cranberry), you can make it thru.
