18:6 again yesterday. Fasted fro 7 pm - 1 pm, then ate from 1-7 pm. Going strong this week and recovering well from a HUGE cheat day last Saturday!

Ate a 200 gram grass fed beef Burger no bun (first time I've eaten that in 8+ months) and cracked a beer (rarely drink anymore ).

Well, I went to the Y and did my cardio... no problem at all.
Side benefit... since I didn't eat anything, I should've burned what I really want to burn.

18:6 again yesterday! Fasting from 7 pm - 1 pm and then eat from 1-7 pm! I'm really liking this. I had to reduce my intake due to not being able to exercise at the moment (medical reasons) and the two extra fasting hours makes that a lot easier!

I'm thinking 18:6 might be my new M-Th fasting schedule. Fridays and weekend will depend on how my life pans out....

None yesterday but I'm 10 hrs. into another 60 hr. fast this weekend.
Lost a lot of weight last weekend and I'm starting at a lower weight. Hopefully there's a new low on Sunday AM!

17:6 yesterday. It was a rough day for me emotionally. Fasted from 7 pm - 12 noon, and then ate from 12 - 6 pm.

I'm going out to lunch with the kids today and really looking forward to it!

Hi Lucy... I hope you're doing better.
36 hrs into a repeat of last week's fast.
Blood sugar last night was 89... this morning it's 91. It's another round of stable blood sugars without any diabetes meds.

Weight at the end of my last fast was 197.3. My weight this morning... 197.5.
A new record low is right around the corner... maybe in the 195's??? I hope so...

I went to a car show last night. The members of my car club haven't seen me since early December.
They all wanted to know how I got so skinny. When I gave them the how to... well, I guess they're just gonna have to stay fat.
