Since I worked both days this weekend, I was OMAD both days, the first at the end of a 48 hr fast.
Gained less than 2 lbs this weekend so it should be another good week.
Getting two Cheap Chickens after work today. That's what I'll be having the next 4 days.

I never gain after. I've had steady loss the whole while BUT...I only weigh once per week so maybe I AM gaining then losing by the week's end? When I start to plateau I switch things up (food wise, like different foods though all still LCHF) or do a fast.
Just for fun, I weighed myself right now... 186.5 lbs.
Same thing that happens every week. I go up a couple on the weekend, by midweek I'm back within a pound.
Then it accelerates at the end of the week and I lose a pound or two.
From Jan 1 to March 1, I lost 10 lbs.
End of the month is Saturday and I'm looking at 5 lbs down.
The loss is very consistent, almost right down to the day.
18 hour fast again yesterday. Not sleeping all night was a fairly dangerous situation, and it was a struggle. But I managed to stay on track with food (and everything else!) and all is good. Got a decent night's sleep last night, here's hoping it continues tonight!
I've started a severe cal restriction to get from 122 to 115 as I've been stuck at 122 for about a month.
The lower I get the harder it is to lose that's for sure.
What I've noticed that's interesting is the LESS I eat (still 24h IF) the LESS hungry I am.
Sunday was the last day I ate normally; Monday I started the way low cals.
So Monday I was kinda hungry after eating the much smaller portion.
Tues I was LESS hungry after eating the same amt.
Wed even less so. And instead of starting to get hungry around hour 20 as usual I wasn't hungry til hour 28. This never happened in my usual 24h IF, was always hungry by hour 20-22ish, though it has happened when doing 72h fasts (less hungry as time passes without eating).
Today I'm expecting similar...
Isn't this kinda interesting?
