WASHINGTON - If you're looking for a little help shedding extra pounds after the holidays, the government is warning you to stay away from nearly 30 weight-loss products that contain unlisted and possibly dangerous ingredients.

A lot of people where I used to work take the Zhen de Shou ... I took it for less than a week and started having atrial fibrillation (extra heart beats) .. I ended up having to see a cardiologist, have dozens of tests done ... all over a few pills ... never ever again...diet and exercise ONLY.

I seem to be ... but it was quite some time before I felt 100% ... and it was very scary, heart issues are not fun

Not to be offensive to anyone. But I'm always amazed at how many people take diet pills. What makes anyone believe that is the best way to lose weight? It just baffles me.

You know all those diet pills just make you have the runs. In the end you lose water weight and that's about it.  |

Well I do think the hunger suppression ones have their place in the first few days of a diet or on occasion. I don't think anyone is concerned about best but more just getting the job done. Not all diet pills are the same either so I can't slam them all. |

sibutramine is a drug similar to amphetemine? Sibltramine is the leading component in Merida which I have tried numerous times with ABSOLUTELY NO SUCCESS whatsoever. Not only is sibutramine not dangerous but it is not effective either.
Where do they get this stuff????? sheesh
