Last night I awoke to my poor lil Zoey urinating on the bed. I immediately picked her up and put her in her crate. As I was taking the sheets off the bed, I realized she didn't look like she was sitting right in her crate. Iwent over and she acted as if she couldn't move her back legs. I continuted to clean up the bed and she had poohed in her crate (door was open) I put the sheets in the washer and she had come out of the crate but was not moving normally and had poohed again. I sat down to talk/observe and didn't know what to do. Ipetted her to calm her and after a few minutes she started walking around but seemed lethargic. Not sure what happened as she is in her usual form this morning/day. I am wondering what could cause this? Could it be she was scared as I woke up from a deep sleep and yelled as I didn't understand that I was feeling warm urine on me from my dog or something else. I read some true horror stories online.

Any thoughts?

How old is your Zoey? Has she been to the vet recently?

Please take her to your vet. ASAP tomorrow. It could be a sign of a stroke, seizure, or something else serious.

Keep us updated.
