Here are a couple of pictures of our new girl we brought home Saturday.
I have some better pics but they are still on the camera.
She has been wonderful so far. We haven't had her very long but she seems very promising. She already shows to be intelligent and alert. I will like to start showing her in March. Once she gets settled in she will be getting her ears done. We are already working on her crate/house and OB training and will start some basic bite work. She is a super cuddle bug! She is sitting on the chair with me right now. She is always near me, even over my husband she will chose me. She loves him to through and loves how he plays all goofy with her and the baby talk and all.
My late Weimaraner, Roscoe, was the best dog I ever had..I got him when he was about a year old so, I didn't get to see him as a puppy...so I melt when I see photos like that.
Thanks for checking her out everybody!! I will have to get those other pics soon.
She is so confident, not afraid of my friends Great Dane and he is big and SCAREY BARK, scares me. I'm not sure how big she will get, I'm thinking 100lbs maybe. She isn't afraid to climb on/up anything either. I can tell she was socialized and handled. I really wanted a black brindle, but I'm so glad we got her. I was getting 1st pick and she was just a little better then the 2nd pick brindle. Can't chose on color you know.
Lakewooder- Sorry to hear about your Weimaraner, I hear they are great dogs for people who like the hunting type. Not my personal cup of tea, but some people love em.
Thanks for the comps PBM. She will surely be loved!!!
