I hope they catch them. But, this is a very good time to remind everyone to keep their dogs safely confined when not supervised.

Sadly, it probably woudnt matter, thieves break into homes to get what they want, they'd probably be slightly deterred by a locked gate but would find another way - plus bees can sting them, other animals can enter the yard, it's best to keep them inside while unattended (although not foolproof). Hope there's a good update on these dogs soon
