Get her to the vet and get her shots. Rodents carry all kinds of diseases. Ask your vet.
Here is a link by a Vet, sort of like WEBMD....Perhaps he will respond if you ask. Health Risks to a Dog Who Catches & Eats Field Mice : Dr. Jeff Nichol

She needs her shots, please take her to the vet. Part of being a responsible pet owner is getting your puppy the appropriate medical care. She's helpless and depending you to do the right thing.

Wouldn't there be a risk of Leptospirosis? And what the heck is the owner's excuse for not having had a three-month-old puppy given any shots? The pup should have had at least two series of shots by now.

Its only a mouse. What do you think dogs in the wild eat? Wait until your dog drags home the hind leg of a long dead deer, or something equally gross. My only worry would be if you have rat poison for rodents and the dog at a poisoned rodent.

I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to add that my neighbor's dog ate a rat. Well, there's a barn behind our properties, and apparently the owner put out rat poison, which said rat ingested. The dog died, unfortunately. I never use poison; traps only. And my feral cats, who are amazing hunters.

Dog eat the grossest things. Anyone else's dogs get happy after the cesspool guy drags his hoses across the lawn? My dogs always raced out to roll in it. Blech. And yeah, they though each other's poop was a delicacy. Gross!!!!
