I would rather be that than think I"m better than everyone else, or claim to do hard work because you own a business.

It's also disgusting that you look down on the workforce that makes American run.

Created wealth goes to those with exclusive access to the means to create wealth.

The problem is not that they get what they create, that is only fair, but that 99% of the world is denied the chance to create more than 18%.

Starting and running a business is not a 40 hour/week job! For many people, it's 80-100 hours a week, and no guarantee where their next paycheck is coming from.

You can't really compare that with someone who works 40 hrs/week as an employee. As an employee, you have all sorts of legal protections such as you can't have your pay withheld, you get workman's comp, you get Social Security, larger corps. must provide health insurance, there is all sorts of support.

Sanitation is a perfectly respectable job -- and a necessary one!!! But last I heard, they don't have to purchase their OWN TRUCKS, and send bills to the customer and if the customers don't pay up, then they don't get paid!!!

When you run your own business, whether you get paid is up to whether you can get your customers to pay up. If they refuse to pay, or drag their feet, you DON'T GET PAID. And you may very well be working 100+ hrs/week especially in the first couple of years because you can't afford to hire all sorts of people to do their specialized little jobs.

I really wish our K-12 education system taught people something about the real world. I've read that 90% of K-12 teachers are unionized Democrats who know almost nothing about business, and it shows in the kind of crazy beliefs and attitudes that young people come out of school with.

Hello? This is a capitalist country. That's what pays for you to have a nice apartment or house, and puts food on your table. If we were socialist, you'd be eating a bowl of rice every day and living in a worker's dormitory. Or you'd be simply going hungry like in Venezuela.

I bet it’s a treat working for the entities you own.

Do you have any open positions?!?!

And if those drones stop working the owners go broke.

I would guess he can't keep an employee more than a few months. One of those places with the turnaround so bad that you seldom see the same employee there is you only frequent the place once a month.

Exclusive access to the means to create wealth?

The last time I checked, I was born a nobody and I have as much access to the stock market and/or most other forms of investments that I would like.

Or...I could create something totally unknown to mankind or a better mousetrap and create wealth from scratch.
