The Santa rally is saved. Congress is moving to pass a stimulus package before ugly stuff starts happening in the larger metro areas and the airlines stop flying:

The big winners are education, state and local governments, and the airlines. Small businesses will get more loans to cover a few months of rent. Looters will get their usual vig, ~ $90B.

Not if you need to depend on your military to protect the country at home and around the world. It is a well known fact that much of the military stuff that the Trump administration inherited from the Obama administration was old, obsolete, worn out, or broken. Some of the aircraft squadrons had only about a 50% capability because they had to cannibalize some planes to provide parts for others. Ammunition reserves were at all time lows. Kind of hard to train troops and/or go to war if you don't have ammunition.

Yep, it's always a great way to save money by not spending it on the military... until you actually need the military.

No need for military when we already have the 2nd amendment. The well armed domestic militias are more than enough.

So far, it looks like about $50,000/each.
Could be more, later...

They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.
