I decided to start a new thread on this instead of lumping it with the other bailout ver2 threat as to avoid any confusion.

Senate to vote on rescue plan Wednesday - Sep. 30, 2008

The Crypt: Senate to vote on bailout tomorrow; Obama, McCain to return - Politico.com

Someone asked how can the Senate pass a bill before the house as all bills must first come from the house. The question is answered in the CNN link...as it says the Senate willl attach the slightly modified bailout bill to a bill on energy tax incentives that has already been through the house. Obama and McCain will return to vote. It will voted on after sundown Wednesday after the Jewish holiday observence.

Yes, it is, but this is politics. They'll do whatever they have to to push their agenda.

Well, the bailout itself is unconstitutional so.... yes, they can do anything they want. Constitution? Pffft...who cares about that piece of scrap, nobody.

A sleazy way of doing things, but it'll still have to go through the House since the final bill passed by the Senate is different than what the House passed.

Oh, well... it'll be snuck up on us the same way the FED was... History repeats itself and nobody learns from it.

It's gunna pass whether we want it to or not. Voting machines are easily defrauded. Incumbency for those who sell out their constituents will be protected by the monied aristocracy. We need a march on Washington to show the Illuminati that we aren't going down without a fight.

Very true.... one of the news articles mentioned some dems in the House are not pleased that it will not include some previsions they had put into the earlier House version. So while the Senate may well pass it...it will have to go to the House. Kind of backwards the way it is supposed to be...
