Yes, IF you don't have a job, or your job doesn't pay enough to make the mortgage payments, but if your income is even $50 more than that you should do it.
Running out or squatting just isn't worth the lifetime of trouble and stress it can bring. Most people can get by on very little or nothing for a while - look at homeless people, some of them survive with no income at all.

U.S. Second-Quarter Hiring Plans Hit Record Low, Manpower Says - Bloomberg.com
Manpower Inc., the world’s second-largest provider of temporary workers, said its seasonally adjusted employment gauge for April through June plunged to minus 1 from 10 in the first quarter. That’s the first time the measure has been negative, according to Manpower spokeswoman Bethany Perkins
Laymen's terms? Temp jobs went from "Cool" to "you're ****ed"
As someone that owned a home.....if you get behind on a house payment.....that's pretty much it.
My payment was $1415 a month. I'm willing to bet that those who are behind don't have a mortgage payment in savings.
Because if you did, YOU WOULDN'T BE F'NG BEHIND, now would you? Maybe they are just going to walk away.
Wonder what that would do to the economy?
they are walking away. 30% of last month’s loans to homeowners that was shoved into motion by the government are already behind! that is in one month's time they are defaulting! bad policy begets bad behavior!

If persons really believed in the Lord under any issue in life he he can provide for their basic needs. The Lord has fed persons by ravens before and he can help anyone else. But most mock him on the face of this earth and most will be recieving their rewards coming in the future.
