Trading Day : January 8, 2010 (http://watch.bnn.ca/trading-day/january-2010/trading-day-january-8-2010/#clip253604 - broken link)
In this video the speaker gives credible evidence that the government is rigging the stock market. Do you believe this is the case, and if it is, what are the implications going forward? What do you think will happen if the government begins to withdraw the stimulus from the market? What if there is an incident beyond the government’s control that causes a market panic such as 9/11? Do you have confidence in what they are doing, or could this be potentially disastrous?

they are all in on the biggest ponzi scheme in history and it will all come crashing down.
the emperor truly has no clothes.
why don't you add a poll, as i would be interested in seeing whether most americans think it is rigged /manipulated or not? i think it is a very interesting question about perception.
I do not believe that market is run by the gov't. It is instead run by those who run the gov't.
I agree. That is more accurate than the original post question. Look at Goldman Sachs and how many people worked there in high positions and now work for the government in very high positions. Do you think the government will ever let Goldman Sachs go under?...nope.
Even Goldman Sachs could not manipulate the market without the massive printing power of the Government. Goldman may be pulling the levers, but the Government is supplying the funds.
It's the rest of us that have to run around naked.
That's a horrible thought!
