Exclamation Savage

Wow, how sobering. Not only did they threaten the law, but also the press. They need a good purge in Juarez. Remember what happened in Colombia in the 80s? It appears like it's happening in our backyard, right outside the door in the case of El Paso!

That's awful. Like the guy found murdered with a pig's mask, seen in a window that school children had to walk past, it's getting worse it seems, not better.

I know some people want the border to remain open and unenforced, but I believe some of this is headed over to El Paso if we allow it.

Whatever happened to the Mexican military? I thought they arrived some time ago and were going to stop all this. It's not just right outside our door, it's right outside our OPEN door.

What happens when they come after some of those families trying to escape by moving over here. Imagine seeing this on our way to work or for our kids headed to school.

And if I were you -- I'd change my alias -- just kidding but it looks like kind of macabre on this thread.

It's getting worse by the day.

That is just gristly and depressing. There have been several other articles across several publications (not just the Juarez paper) about the rampant lawlessness that is just spreading everywhere in Mexico.

The open borders need to close, and they should have been closed and restricted long ago. I can't believe that this has not yet spread right on over into EP.

I can't believe that the violence--in one form or another--has been going on since the multiple murders of young women back in the 1990s.

Default Coming soon .. near you!

It's not a matter of if, but when. Here is what will happen, in my crystal ball. It is going to get worse, the Mexican government effort has had little, if any, effect on the violence. Family members of the military, law enforcement, and judicial system are being targeted.

Once chaos breaks out in Juarez, when the law does nothing to protect people, the gangsters will become more embolden in their violent measures. Those seeking to escape at the last minute to El Paso (and it is documented that it has happened already... the policeman from Juarez came to El Paso all shot up) will be targeted. When the law is afraid in Mexico, the gangsters will cross the border to do their hits, then return, or retreat to Mexico without fear of prosecution.

My 2 cents.
