Im driving to Hobbs, this weekend, not out of choice, [long story], anyway is their anything to do over there? How far is the drive? Is the roadtrip over there fun? Is their any points of interest, i might be able to stop by on my way over there? Any good restaurants?

Yeah you can drive to Midland (100 miles) or Lubbock (110 miles) lol! I'm not trying to talk smack dawg.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!That was the longest, most boring, drive i have ever taken!!! The only thing that was kinda cool, was the Guadalupe Mountains, and actually the city of Carlsbad, is very nice to my suprise! The Pecos River is beautiful! Hobbs nm, no comment, what i didnt get, is their is oil being pumped out the ground all over hobbs, and gas was still 4.09$.
