Obviously many here don't follow politics enough to know that the Democratic party is not controlled by liberals.

But that's image one gets when one "learns" politics from wingnut infotainers who beat it into their heads that Democrats are all evil "radical" left wingers blah blah blah....

<<You're confusing liberals with left-wing authoritarians. They are not the same thing. In fact, they are diametrically opposed on many issues. Facts are a good thing. Regurgitating propaganda (or Rush Limbaugh rants) is the opposite of good.>>

Authoritarians? Your words, not mine. And thanks for for making a perfect test subject as to those ahem, "moderates" who follow the lapdog and 10 second sound byte off the edge of a cliff.

The far left wing Democrats threaten Democrats running for office if they do not bow down to their wishes and Hillbillery and the rest jump to. Groups like MoveOn rule them.

The left wing nuts who are booing Hillary for not supporting an Iraq War pull out have been trying to get a meeting with her for years. She will not meet with anti war groups.

Yes but Hillbillery sure jumped when they threatened her about debating on Fox News which has more viewers then every other cable news show. There are only two thins you can deduce from that, Democrats are cowards or Democrats are controlled by a small group of radical leftist.

Ok, you can be farther to the left than Hillary and Obama... if you are Fidel Castro, Stallin, or Che Guevara.... all Socialist oppressors/killers.
If you are defining a socialist as anyone to the left of Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, then I guess I'm a socialist. But if you mean a real socialist, then no way. (There are no real socialists in Congress; Bernie Sanders probably comes closest.)

Left and Right is all pretty subjective. My Left wing friends think I'm some sort of Right wing wacko, but my Right wing friends thing I'm some sort of Lefto loon. I don't really fit either bill.

Hillary is a moderate, through and through. There are certainly more liberal members of the Democratic Party, but Hillary isn't one of them, nor do the die-hard liberals control the party. Democrats are controlled by the same thing that controls the Republicans: $$$.

And Castro, Stalin, and Guevara were all communisits, not socialists.

Or you could conclude that Fox News is nothing more than a paid-for commercial for the Right Wing. A Democrat agreeing to debate on Fox News is like a chicken agreeing to sleep at Colonel Sanders' house.

There were only 10 people protesting. Hardly seems worth all the attention it's getting.

http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2...ption-on-iraq/

...As Mrs. Clinton brought up Iraq toward the end of her half-hour speech, about 10 protesters stood up in the front rows of the audience and held up signs reading, “Lead Us Out of Iraq Now!” And there were boos, for both Mrs. Clinton and, among her supporters, for the protesters.

The Democrats are cowards or they are under the gun of orgs like MoveOn. That is the only way anyone running for President would bypass such a large viewing audience of potential voters.
