I agree. Pubs don't have a chance because they represent a regressive ideology and their candidates are better suited for midnight showings of "Spooky Features."

I remember you saying that Republicans didn't have a chance right before they destroyed Democratic candidates all over the country... except of course for CA which doesn't really matter anyway because their electoral votes are wasted on Presidential elections. I sure hope you're right again because if Conservatives do as bad in 2012 as they did a month ago we won't see another Democratic POTUS for 20 years.

I'd like to see John Bolton be some governor candidate's Vice President. That would make for a balanced ticket on the issues. If not, he'd be my pick for Secretary of State. Entrenched State Dept higher ups, turn in your resignations now, would be my expectation.

I don't know much about him but if he is getting some of you liberals that upset there has to be something good about him. I would like to learn more.

You betcha.....Steve
you can all relax or do your gouting now by thinking some of these candidates will run and or get the nomination: I am guessing there will be 12 or more who will come out early (maybe in the next 6 to 9 months) by the first primaries, a little over a year away, there will be maybe, 5 serious candidates.

Him running means the right is looney? Last I heard one person running for anything does not represent an entire group or party... Where am I wrong on this? Isn't this a country that allows anyone who meets the min age and legal status requirement the right to run. This doesn't mean they will win the nomination. It doesn't mean anything.

Oh, Bolton for sure will NOT get the nomination.
But he's not without his fans though in the GOP?
The more he runs his mouth, the more they love him!?
Think of him as an alternate Universe Glen Beck, but with a better resume.
