Between the last debate and last night's Jay Leno/Joe Rogan Interview, Ron Paul has truly been surging.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMUZI...ature=youtu.be

His 4 year Tea Party anniversary when he raised $6 Mil in one day coincided with his appearance on the Tonight Show. He couldn't have asked for a better evening with Jay Leno asking him questions that gave him time to explain all his positions (without the constant interruptions like we see other MSM types like Sean Hannity so often doing). The audience gave him rousing support and if that wasn't enough, the second guest came out wearing a Ron Paul shirt and was actually knowledgeable, articulate and passionate about Ron Paul's ideas.

He also made news in some of his assessments of the other candidates saying he thought Bachman "hates Muslims" and Santorum hated "Muslims and Gays".

This also dovetails with news that Paul is a favorite among Federal Workers and has received more donations from them than any of the other Republican candidates have.

He generated a lot of support from this debate as well

He was the biggest gainer in an "Inside Facebook" Tracker after that debate.

Here's an interesting comment from the Sean Hannity Forum who is coming around to seeing the sense of Ron Paul's Foreign Policy. He makes the observation that we invite trouble as much as we solve it: http://forums.hannity.com/showthread.php?t=2363501

Huckabee just had Bachmann on, to talk about Pauls remarks concerning her hatred of muslims. She goes onto say that Ahmadinejad hates Jews and wants to kill Americans. She is digging herself deeper in lies, he never said either of those things. He has said he has a problem with Zionists, but not Jews. I don't believe he has ever said he hates anybody or wants to kill anybody, but Bachmann sure does.

Yet, after calling the U.S. a greedy, arrogant power too ready to use military force, Ahmadinejad told the AP that it isn't too late for President Barack Obama to carry out his election pledge to improve ties with Iran after three decades of enmity.
"I don't believe that this is a chance that has been completely lost," he said.
Ahmadinejad said he never received a reply to a personal letter he sent Obama, or to an announced offer to meet him during the General Assembly to open a dialogue, including on the nuclear issue.
"He could have chosen not to continue the wrong path chosen by his predecessor — and he can still do so," Ahmadinejad said. "Animosity with Iran will not yield any results, will not give them any benefit

our country may not have too many more chances to get it right.

here are 50 economic facts that are almost too crazy to believe:
50 Economic Numbers About The US That Are "Almost Too Crazy To Believe" | ZeroHedge

these are a few for those who don't click the links

#12 Back in 1969, 95 percent of all men between the ages of 25 and 54 had a job. In July, only 81.2 percent of men in that age group had a job.

#13 One recent survey found that one out of every three Americans would not be able to make a mortgage or rent payment next month if they suddenly lost their current job.

#14 The Federal Reserve recently announced that the total net worth of U.S. households declined by 4.1 percent in the 3rd quarter of 2011 alone.

#15 According to a recent study conducted by the BlackRock Investment Institute, the ratio of household debt to personal income in the United States is now 154 percent.

#23 As I have written about previously, 19 percent of all American men between the ages of 25 and 34 are now living with their parents.

#24 Electricity bills in the United States have risen faster than the overall rate of inflation for five years in a row.

#29 It is being projected that the U.S. trade deficit for 2011 will be 558.2 billion dollars.

#30 The retirement crisis in the United States just continues to get worse. According to the Employee Benefit Research Institute, 46 percent of all American workers have less than $10,000 saved for retirement, and 29 percent of all American workers have less than $1,000 saved for retirement.

#31 Today, one out of every six elderly Americans lives below the federal poverty line.

#33 Today, the "too big to fail" banks are larger than ever. The total assets of the six largest U.S. banks increased by 39 percent between September 30, 2006 and September 30, 2011.

#36 If you can believe it, 37 percent of all U.S. households that are led by someone under the age of 35 have a net worth of zero or less than zero.

#45 For fiscal year 2011, the U.S. federal government had a budget deficit of nearly 1.3 trillion dollars. That was the third year in a row that our budget deficit has topped one trillion dollars.

#46 If Bill Gates gave every single penny of his fortune to the U.S. government, it would only cover the U.S. budget deficit for about 15 days.

#49 The U.S. national debt has been increasing by an average of more than 4 billion dollars per day since the beginning of the Obama administration.

Exactly ... so many people seem to think that we will be able to just limp along in this way indefinitely, just keep printing and spending more money! More wars, more government to infringe upon our liberty, more spending!

We are at our ropes end, i don't know why people just cant seem to understand that ...

Its insane!

No Kidding! We sure ARE up the proverbial creek without a paddle. Paul says that we are REALLY in debt when you look at everything by $36 Trillion. I forget what that all included but just to give people an idea how much that is, just $1 Trillion would be paying $1 Million a day times 365 days times 3000 years give or take. 36 Trillion would be like paying 36 million a day for a year for 3000 years! It is crazy and Obama and the neo liberals and neo-conservatives just want to ignore it.
