Rick Perry is a desperate man. I'd like to hear him explain how Obama is conducting a "war on religion".

And it was the Supreme Court that banned state-mandated school prayer in public schools back in the 1960s. Otherwise, kids are free to pray anytime they want. Perry is a liar.

talk about a hail mary pass.

Thank you, Republicans, for once again reminding us that you're just a bunch of redneck tribalist nutcases.

Most Republicans don't exactly support Perry.

yes. exactly. time and time again we've seen the same thing on the right. What do you do when you're down in the polls and need to rally the base?

- pick some b@t**** snowbilly to be your running mate.
- claim that HPV vaccine causes mental retardation
- decide that the president has declared 'war on religion' and that christian children can't pray in school.
..and so on...

The only thing that works on that side of the aisle is a heavy dose of the good 'ol crazy!

The gig is up for Slick Rick, and he knows it. The ad is just a last-gasp attempt at attracting Cain supporters who are going to go to Gingrich...

I really think he wants the US to be a theocracy.

And, honestly, he's not really that conservative except on the social issues.
