The Canadian Free Press is hardly a unbiased or reliable "international" source. Go look at their home page, they are as virulent anti-Obama as they come.

How does it feel to hate SO much that you will willingly and unconditionally believe any negative thing about a person? And then try to get others to believe the same thing?

There are legitimate reasons to vote against Obama in the next election, but the more people try to promote these kind of baseless nut-job conspiracy theories, the more it turns people against your position.

How do I know that this rumor is 100% false?

Because Fox Noise hasn't run with it. They'll report anything to make Obama look bad and even THEY had the common sense to not pursue this.
