Not sure what you think you've pieced together here. Romney quite obviously hasn't heard of Uncle Omar. His answer was essentially, if the laws say he should be deported, they yes he should be deported. Clearly non-committal for the obvious reason that Mitt is not familiar with the case and wasn't even aware the man existed.
Then the video cuts to somebody else bringing up the birther issue at a press conference.
I really don't get it. Do you have a point??
