I think that Paul will end up betraying us by endorsing romney for Pres. That would be a total betrayal and disregard for his principles.

What makes you say that?

romney is just Obama is a total lackey for the investment bankers and a continuation of the wars and military expansion, which Paul deplores. Romney is for a continuation of the big gov't that we have now, Paul is not. Paul wants the federal gov't out of the marriage business. Romney wants to repeal the civil rights of married gays in the legal states. Those are just a few that come to mind. I think that Paul would lose a lot of respect if he endorsed romeny.

Sorry, but I could not disagree more. Party matters not. Ideas and the people running should be all that matter. Many people believe in his ideas and his track record. If anything he has been someone who has not tried to serve his own interest unless his interest were for greater goods like freedom and quality of life.

Never mind that he appeals to people from all 3 different sections or parties. That is anything, but separation.

This stuff about throwing your vote away and dividing parties is silly and meaningless to me. Winning is standing up for what matters and following your conscious not playing to popularity contests.

Did you see the overwhelming votes for HR1207? They played very dirty to keep that from going thru when he had amazing overwhelming majority support. However, he got everybody paying attention and raised awareness to the point that some things got thru and eventually the FOIA allowed a great window onto the world w/ more to follow.

The so-called monetary policy is one of the biggest issues of our time and he has been the only one in congress I have see that has been dead on from years ago.

He would not be ineffective. Bit by bit it is creeping back. More properly balanced people are getting elected despite the political machine. Essentially you are saying just go down stream w/ the current and don't bother trying to swim against it regardless of what is up there.

RP has worked w/ many different people in congress so he is quite capable of doing so.

He lied, and did not do anything he promised, and his economic bailout did nothing but make the rich, richer and now 16 trillion in debt. I did not vote for him!
