First, he didn't "wipe the floor with a whole room full of Republicans." Second, he has a failed presidency to attempt to defend this time around.

Newt's debating style is devoid of any real substance and he always come across looking like an arrogant, condescending grifter. I loved Romney pinning him down and forcing Newt into his own Clintonian "definition of is is" moment while trying to weasel word the explanation of his lobbying activities for Freddie Mac.

i agree

Yes he has. Repeatedly, as the press has made note of on more than one occasion.

Just because Gingrich keeps repeating over and over again that he can take Obama in a debate, doesn't mean it's true. I love it when Ron Paul wipes that smug, condescending little expression off his face. Especially when he called Newt out on dodging the draft.

I agree; George Will was on with Stephanopoulos on Sunday and was appalled at the thought of Gingrich "with his finger on the button." When the GOP establishment is scared of Newt's insanity, that should be a huge hint for GOP and Indie primary voters.

Please GOP voters, don't mess this up. Newt all the way.
No WAY. I think of the 4 candidates, Paul would do best against Obama.

Even the experts say that Gingrich is only good when he attacks. Otherwise he get's his facts wrong and kind of muddles through.

Santorum has had some o.k. debates but he is no shining star.

Romney has to constantly dance around to justify all the positions he's held on issues so that detracts from and makes his answers seem weaker.

Paul's answers in the debates just like his positions on issues are consistent and undeniably right and correct -- unlike all the others.

I don't see how anyone whose seen the debates can say otherwise.
