A blind trust is set up just so you cannot be said to have a conflict of interest. Anyone with mutual funds more than likely has some investments in Freddie and Fannie to some degree. It was a stupid attack put out originally by the left and picked up by Newt, because they are too lazy to do their own research.

You're right, Romney's always doing things in the blind. That's why he's always revising and/or refusing to release.

That's old and not working. He has released more than any other candidate. The problem with this is that the average American (and Newt Gingrich) is not all that savvy on finance, investments, or taxes so you get massive confusion aided by those who like massive confusion.
