What is so legal about over-staying your visa?
How are they any different than people who come without a visa?
If 5 people come without a visa, and 5 come with a visa but overstay their visa, is that not a total of 10 illegals?

I don't know about you Howard, but I still believe 1+1=2. Illegal = NOT a legal (action). Whether one sneaks over or stays over the act is still the same. It is illlegal.
The biggest problem with the ILLEGAL ALIENS is not so much that they are ignorant of the law, it is the REFUSE TO OBEY THE LAW. I have zero sympathy.
The Seonora's need to take their illegal parents, illegal husband, illegal aunts, uncles, cousins and illegal kids home.... amd don't forget your illegal dogs, cats, rats, snakes, fish, ??? home with you because they need a legal home, too.
Going back to home to your country is a good thing.
If you overstay your visa by more than a reasonable amout of time you are allowed to leave and cannot get a visa for the US for I believe it is three tyears. This law is being enforced.

Next time, consider the source. Cuban Americans are "special", don't you know? They have their own "Cuban Adjustment Act". Look it up.
As much as they'd like to, no Cuban American can speak for the entire Latino community.
