It's been a while since Palin has been in the news saying something stupid, but we knew that couldn't last long. This time it's actually fairly surprising, she's jumping into the GOP infighting, claiming the GOP's attacks on Newt are "Stalin-esque"
Pulling the commie card has been a tea party staple, but for queen Palin to pull it "on her own" is quite a surprise.
The GOP implosion is getting good!

I'm guessing the Republican party has let Palin know in no uncertain terms that she has no future with them, so she's playing to the anti-establishment sector. Not a big surprise.

One could not be more uninformed on the issues. And, one could not be more uninformed on Barack Hussein Obama, whom by his own admission is a Marxist and a communist. This has been how he was brought up, steeped in communism since childhood, and, according to him, he "sought out the Marxists and the communists" on the college campus.

So, it is not "pulling the commie card."

But, I don't think we need another stupid anti-Palin thread. We have enough of them already.

This thread has absolutely nothing to do with Obama. Why does the far right have to try and twist every thread into one?

Saying something is "Stalin-esque" isn't pulling the commie card- it's pulling the fascist card. And it scares me to say this, but I think I know where Palin is coming from on this.

Sister Butt-hurt is being hyperbolic, as always, but she is reacting to the way the GOP establishment has attempted to get every Republican to swallow their (perfectly reasonable) objections to Romney, and get in line behind his candidacy. This is under the supposition that "Weekend at Willard's" is the only one who stands a chance against Obama in November.

Palin's off her rocker, but she's pointing out something useful- the power of a well-funded corporate/state Party in Citizens United America to turn its collective resources against a candidate and bury him/her under an avalanche of media attacks:

I think Palin feels a chill- if it can happen to Newt, it can happen to her.

1) You can't have too many "stupid anti-Palin threads". She'll never let us run out of material.

2) I wish Obama had studied harder under his socialist professors. He's doing it wrong. As John Stewart likes to say, we are paying for socialism in this country, and not getting it.

Please provide a reputable source for President Obama "admitting" that he's a Marxist and a Communist. In short, provide a link that shows the direct and pertinent quotes from President Obama...not Drudge or Taitz.
Provide back-up links as well that state that his mother and grandparents were Marxist/Communists. Otherwise, these statements are blatant lies.

You're right, it is fascism but stating the other side of the political spectrum for her analogy is way off, but considering she probably doesn't know the difference could be correct.
It's odd that she's going after the same hand to fed her during the whole tea party uprising and now that she's no longer riding the cash cow, is turning on them.
I guess she loves fascism, as long as she's on the bankroll.

Still waiting...but not expecting an answer.
