First of all, nobody is taking away women’s health care benefits,” he said. “Any woman in America can get free contraceptives if they can’t afford to pay for them, through county health services, through a variety of places. This is about an assault on freedom.
That's just false. There is no universal free contraceptives on demand for all. Of the ones where they are available (Planned Parenthood), it's income based. Women who have jobs do would need to pay out-of-pocket.
The assault on freedom is coming from the right-wing. They want to deny or make contraceptives difficult to obtain. Period. It's about imposing your religion on others.
If you have contraceptive care in your insurance plan but are against using contraceptives, nobody is forcing you to use them. However, if you remove that care from the plan, you are denying them to other faiths. Your assault on freedom is clear.
Contraceptive isn't even a huge medical problem like a life saving surgery after an accident or for cancer. Contraceptives are relatively cheap---if you need to buy them---if you can't afford them they are free at some other clinic in any town.
That's a cop-out answer. In the previous paragraph you claimed insurance companies won't provide them for free. Now, you contradict yourself and say they are so cheap they're given out for free. Make up your mind.

Now your are arguing against comprehensive health care in general. I thought you were arguing for freedom? How is taking away my comprehensive plan give me freedom?
It's clear you have no idea what you are talking about.
Freedom of religion is guaranteed by the Constitution, then change it. Obama would love for that to happen anyway.
Why because he's a Socialist, godless, Muslim?
The constitution bars "establishment of religion" and bars "prohibiting the free exercise thereof." The First Amendment does not say that laws that apply to all have religious exemptions for the faithful.
Example: The Catholic faith doesn't believe in war. Yet, faithful Catholics still must pay taxes of which a portion goes to fighting wars.
Likewise, those that work for Catholic institutions should not be barred from contracting with insurance companies that are mandated to provide them contraceptive coverage. To me, having a law that allows them to do that would be an illegal establishment of religion.
According to the survey, 50% of the public disapproves of the Obama administration policy, with 44% saying they approve of the plan. The margin is right at the edge of the poll's sampling error.
Hardly an overwhelming denunciation. Moreover, many of those AGAINST votes were from the bible-belt (rural and South) where he doesn't get many votes anyway.
Half? Didn't your threads all say the majority was against him?
Sure change your opinion to fit whatever anti Obama agenda is out there that day. Maybe you should look ay republicans also.
Rasmussen - 60%, Pew - almost 50%, but even more Catholics and Protestants disagree. Same with this new poll of adults. If they asked Catholics, it would be even more than that.

Link to this claim?
Doesn't have to be overwhelming...just enough to cost him the Catholic/Protestant vote, which will cost him the election.
