I work for one of the biggest recruiting firm in US. If the economy is pick up, I would see a lot new recruiters are hired. Unfortunately, it is not the case.
Listen pal, that's a pipe dream you're proposing! The economy is so unstable it's about to tank. Prices for food are 40% higher than when BO took office. The economic future is doomy. BO is going to have a rude awakening to that reality by the Fall.
