No. I've actually looked at the alleged "flip flops" and determined that most of them were not really flip flops. A lot of them involve statements having been taken out of context or, yes, pandering. But all politicians pander and all politicians have their statements sometimes taken out of context.

Please. Romney didn't get the reputation of being a flip flopper for nothing. He has mastered the art of it if you are convinced.
